Florida, a beutiful sunshine state, has always been an ideal place for the retirees as well as
the Asian seniors. Taking care and respect the seniors is the integral part of the Confucius philosophy. With the steady increase of the Asian senior population, a place dedicated to serve them deemed neccessary.
ACRC Center that is working for providing services for our community's seniors. We feel
that the seniors in South Florida should be supported by a safe, sanctioned place for a comprehensive network of culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate programs and services, assist them to access mainstream elder services and maintain their independence. Our organization is dedicated to the process of making that happen but we need your help.
With the joint effort of the community, the Asian Community Resoureces Center is going to provide multiple services to the Asians living in South Florida. This is the first of it's kind in South Florida promotes better quality of life for seniors, immigrants and other communities. Many business and community leaders are on the advisory board as well as individuals.
The mission of ACRC is dedicated to Seniors, Youth and the Community.
ACRC's vision is to offer culturally sensitive programs for providing opportunities for socializing, and fostering a sense of community.
ACRC's objective is to improve the well-being and quality of life for Asians by providing culturally sensitive services and empowering individuals through education, training and leadership.
This ACRC represents a long-awaited dream for many in the Asian community, and was made possible through a group of volunteers.
